26 years on the shop floor
Omar Gonzalez is an electromechanical engineer who spent over two decades installing, servicing, and training on CNC equipment — most recently seven years at Stiles Machinery — before starting Advanguard in 2023 to bring that same hands-on experience directly to shops like yours.
